Juan Pablo Graziano was born in Mar del Plata, Argentina in February of 1972. He started playing the drums when he was twelve years old, under the influence of U2, The Police ,The Cure, and Soda Stereo from Argentina. As his love for music grew, he started listening to bands such as Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Massive Attack, Bjork, and musicians like Jean Michael Jarre, Vangelis, Brain Eno, and Alan Parsons.
In 1998 he travelled to Europe and had the chance to see a Jean Michael Jarre concert in Paris “Nuit Electronique’’ where different Djs and musicians played new versions of “Oxygene”, and he also listened to DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, Dave Seaman, Paul Oakenfold, Hernán Cattaneo, Kosmas Epsilon, Martin García, Roberto Ceratti, etc. Their style is Progressive House with some elements of Trance music and these artists have greatly influenced the sounds that Juan Pablo Graziano is producing today. | |
